Mike Quan here, the NorCal Regional Director here. I was hoping you
guys could do me a favor.
It looks like we have the potential to have 30+ cars in the Honda
Challenge group racing @ Infineon. This is shaping up to be THE Honda
Challenge race of the season. We will be racing @ a legendary track,
Infineon (Sears Point). We will be having a pretty huge field with
racers from NorCal & SoCal. If that weren't enough, our friend's from
the PacNW will be coming down to join us. That's right, we are going
to have racers coming down from Oregon, Washington & maybe a couple
from Canada! Rumor has that NASA Arizona is going to represent too!
This is shaping up to be a true West Coast Honda Challenge race. The
bragging rights are gonna be huge!!! Whoever wins their race will
truely be the WCHC Champion!
OK, here is the favor part. If I can get the numbers to show up by
way of race entries, we have a very real possiblity of having our own
race on Saturday! On Sunday, we would share the track with the USTCC
group. If you are even thinking that you might make it, you should
register. If you can't make it, you can get a refund. This is taken
from the NASA NorCal page, "You may get a refund for any event you
miss, providing that you notify the regional office within five days
