Hello, I am inquiring about formula cars and if they are welcome in any NASA race divisions.

I haven't ever seen any, as they are truly "open wheel" cars.
There are some cars that might have exposed tires, but they typically have full width bodies so it's not really "open wheel" like a formula car is.

I would pose the question to your specific region to get a better answer, but my guess would be the answer is going to be no.
Maybe if you made some body modifications, but from what I've seen, I don't "think" any regions allow true open wheel cars on track with non open wheel cars.
