That was me at NCM last year, unfortunately like mweber said, my fuel pump died during practice on Saturday and the closest replacement was 4 hours away.

I know that pain. I lost a fuel pump in April..... That is now one of the pieces in the spares bin.

Glad to see you stay in ST3.

Now if we can just convince Eric to do a 180 and install a truck cam :)

ST3 looks like the place to be!

I'll see what my options are. New cam is not installed yet.

I've talked to Jim already and he's planning on staying in ST3 - I think Rich is leaning that way too.

Jim can still run all the aero, but he has to de tune, or add weight.

 I was afraid he may run afoul of the new 6" requirement, it's hard to get an accurate read when I only get a few seconds of close-up as he flies past me.

Could be I suppose, that wing is big! The rule is pretty generous, though - the wing can be one foot wider (total) that the car. The way the rule is written, he could put on larger fender flares, and keep a bigger wing, too.

Hey guys I am staying in ST3. I have my brand new GM crate LS1. The RV cam is on the way from summit racing, a new high flow water pump and gasket set. Car should be ready for dyno pulls come January. I'm guessing HP should be about within parameters by comp cams calculations. I have a rear wing and I'm going to attempt to make a front splitter for the car if I can figure out how to mount it.

The class is looking good! Jim moves out pretty good, hoping to only see his aero on grid...... to the left of me

This should be interesting. Battle of the cams, Ray. I did put my cam in. It is tuned for midrange power, but not bottom end.
228/236 duration, .578/.561 lift 112+2 LSA. I will certainly have to restrict the top end of the times I'm in ST3, but I'll have the option to go in either class, depending on how many of you schleps actucally show up at the track. :P

I did find I need slightly longer pushrods with the new cam, though. Anyone need near new 7.400 length LS1 pushrods?
