Good weekend Mike and Mother Nature behaved for once. Like the new segregated format, hope we keep that up.

Didn't get the RR's dialed in on air presure till 2nd session on Sunday (ended up at 29 psi all around, could maybe go 28 psi in the rear). Think I'm gonna like the RR's, they were beginning to hook up nicely, next MO will be better evaluation of them now that I know the tire pressure.

Confirmed, again, I need some changes in the suspension. Kicking in the ABS more often now, with late-hard braking, so gotta get that taken care of and the backend is still wanting to kick out on me, too loose/free. Need to look at sway bar changes, still running stock OEM suspension, except for some minor changes, but sway bars, struts are all OEM-Roush and do not have brake bias adjustment. As one AI driver told me, current setup is OK for street, but inadequate for the track, expecially now that the car is being driven much harder and faster. Need a setup that matches my driving ability. Will have a talk with Paul and see what we can do about the sway bars and ABS at least for the next MO event. Going full race suspension will have to wait for winter project.

Been holding off on making big changes in suspenison till I decided where I wanted to go with the car, TT, CMC, SI or AI. After talking to some of the AI & SI drivers, my best move is to stick with TT for a while. Moving into SI or AI, will take lots of changes to the car and lots of $$$$$, especially for AI. TT is less costly. I can keep what I have now and just make the needed changes in the suspension setup, go full race suspension, get it balanced and still be ok for TT. Time to talk to Paul and make a decision.

Thanks Randy!

Excellent.

We never got to test the Pirelli tires due to the shifter electronics. Look forward to testing them.

Look at the FR500 ABS controller as well. Will help with braking.

TT is a great tool to learn how to qualify. And introduction to passing and being passed a lot. Cough, cough -- you know I have a CMC/PTC/TTC car for sale :)

Video from the Cup:

Nice video. Porsche is quick. Odd seeing you in it, but some changes are good. Know you'll do well. Will you and John be running seperate Porsche's or share the one?

Yeah. Seriously quick.

Thanks. Look forward to more seat time for sure.

We'll be co-driving between TT and GTS.

Right now I have EBC Yellows as my daily driver pad and Hawk street/race (dtc-30) rears. Will see how the Yellows hold up for light use. Can go to dtc-60s if needed.
